Sometimes, you may want to read the bible verse as you write your note. Touch this "expand" button to read the text of the verse, which is currently annotated.

To allow more screen space for editing, you can touch the arrow button again to hide the verse content.

You can touch a version to close the "Note" screen and jump to that version. Warning: You may want to save your changes before closing the "Note" screen.
