from iOS (iTunes)

You can back up notes from iOS devices via Windows or macOS (earlier than Catalina):

1. Download iTunes from https://www.apple.com/uk/itunes/

2. Connect your device to your desktop computer

3. Launch iTunes on your desktop computer

4. Select your connected device on the left panel of iTunes

5. Select "File Sharing"

6. Select "Unique Bible App"

7. From document window, you should see a file "Notes.sqlite", which contains bible notes.

8. Back up this file as you like.
